Desak
Balinese Roots, Ancestral Wisdom & Discipline of YogaBorn and raised in a traditional Balinese family, culture, spirituality, and ancestral wisdom were part of Desak's everyday life. Taught from an early age that discipline is developed through consistent practice, patience, and living each day with intention, these foundation values led her to the path of yoga.
For Desak, yoga is much more than physical movement—it is a daily discipline, a way of becoming more aware, and a practice of bringing the body, breath, mind, and spirit into harmony. She uses traditional Balinese wisdom to bridge ancient practices with modern life.
