48 Days of Sadhana • Initiation • Meditation • Pranayama • Inner Discipline
Avasthanam presents an immersive Kriya Yoga journey for sincere practitioners who wish to establish a disciplined daily sadhana and deepen their understanding of breath, prana, meditation, and inner awareness.
Forty-eight days provide an extended period in which a practitioner can move beyond occasional practice and develop a stable rhythm of sadhana. At Avasthanam, the program combines Kriya Yoga practice with meditation, pranayama, Hatha Yoga, mantra, yogic philosophy, silence, self-observation, and a sattvic residential lifestyle.
The intention is not simply to complete a course, but to cultivate consistency, awareness, and a deeper relationship with one's practice.
18 Siddhas Yogi Raj guides the Kriya Yoga initiation and the progressive sadhana of the program. He comes from the Siddha Yoga Parampara of Tamil Nadu, a tradition deeply associated with the spiritual culture of South India and the Siddha heritage.
Within the program, the teacher's role is to introduce the practitioner to the discipline of Kriya Yoga, explain the principles behind the practices, guide meditation and breath awareness, and support students in establishing a consistent personal sadhana.
